About Justin Davis

Justin Davis is a results-driven and growth-minded leader who is deeply passionate about helping others succeed. He approaches life with a thirst for learning, leadership, and personal growth. Justin believes that the purpose of business is to fund the lives of our dreams and that money is good for the good that it can do.

Born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Justin is a proud native of eastern North Carolina. He graduated from Northern Nash High School and then pursued his passion for music at East Carolina University (ECU). Under the guidance of renowned tubist Tom McCaslin, Justin studied music performance at the A.J. Fletcher School of Music. After completing rigorous coursework, he obtained a minor in music performance and later shifted his academic focus to public policy and leadership studies.

During his time at ECU, Justin actively engaged in various leadership and service-based organizations. He was elected as the student body president of the university, representing the interests of 29,000 students. As a voting member of the East Carolina University Board of Trustees, he played a crucial role in decision-making processes. Recognizing his remarkable achievements and outstanding service, Justin received the Public Service Medal from the College of Master Advocates and Barristers. Additionally, he was honored with the prestigious title of Kentucky Colonel, an esteemed recognition bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky to individuals who demonstrate exceptional accomplishments and service to their community, state, and nation.

Following his undergraduate studies, Justin served as the Assistant Director of the Shelton Leadership Challenge at ECU. This program, established by General Hugh Shelton, the 14th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Shelton Leadership Center are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of values-based leaders. Justin made significant contributions to Shelton in various capacities from its inception at ECU until the end of his tenure with the university.

In 2017, Justin assumed the role of Team Leader and CEO at Keller Williams Realty Points East in Greenville, North Carolina. Under his leadership, the team experienced remarkable growth, achieving a 103% increase in agent count, 121% increase in closed units, 158% increase in closed sales volume, 150% increase in agent’s commission earnings, and a 165% increase in owner profits. By the end of 2019, Keller Williams Realty Points East secured its position as the #1 real estate brokerage in Pitt County, leading in units, volume, and agent count. Throughout his tenure, Justin recruited over 170 agents, propelling Keller Williams to maintain its top- ranking status.

After his tenure with Keller Williams, Justin embraced a new opportunity in 2021 with eXp Realty. In this role, he provided consultation and leadership to top teams in Pitt County and the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. Justin's expertise and guidance played a pivotal role in their ongoing success.

Most recently, Justin was selected to join the commercial real estate division of Victra, a multi- billion-dollar corporation. Victra, a privately held company headquartered in Raleigh, NC, serves as Verizon's largest exclusive authorized retailer, operating an impressive network of 1,500 locations across 49 states. With this latest opportunity, Justin reaffirms his position as a proven business leader and an accomplished brokerage growth professional within the Raleigh- Durham-Chapel Hill area.

In 2023, Justin was elected to a four-year term as a member of the East Carolina University Board of Visitors. Alongside his service to his alma mater and the communities of the Raleigh- Durham-Chapel Hill area, he also plays an active role in the eastern North Carolina communities he calls home. Notably, during the summer of 2023, Justin earned recognition as a Kenan- Flagler Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently stands as a candidate for obtaining his Executive Master of Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill, slated to graduate as a distinguished member of the class of 2025.
